Het Oostenrijkse biotechnologische farmaceutische MKB ProtAffin AG en het Franse Global Bioenergies zijn gemeenschappelijk winnaar geworden van de prijs voor het beste Europese innovatieve biotechnologische MKB. EuropaBio noemt daarnaast drie bedrijven met buitengewone prestaties: het Britse Green Biologics Ltd, het Belgische Promethera BioSciences, en het Nederlandse to-BBB. Er waren dit jaar 37 aanvragen uit 17 lidstaten.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ProtAffin AG ontwikkelde effectievere therapie\u00ebn voor belangrijke ziekten op wereldschaal als COPD, waaraan ter wereld 65 miljoen mensen lijden, en die de vierde doodsoorzaak is in het Westen.<\/p>\n

Global Bioenergies ontwikkelde effici\u00ebntere methoden om groene grondstoffen om te zetten in chemische bouwstenen en op de markt verkrijgbare brandstoffen, waarbij de CO2-uitstoot aanzienlijk lager werd.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
