The global food technology and probiotics industries are projected to reach a value of US$ 250 billion and 77.9 billion respectively in the new few years. Technological developments in the food industry are defining the way food is sourced and marketed while creating new growth opportunities in the industry. Research in this field helps in finding new pathways on all aspects of food science, nutrition and other interdisciplinary fields.
To emphasize fundamental and applied research findings in food technology and to cover all relevant aspects of food science, OLC International in organizing International Conference and Expo on Food Technology & Probiotics (Food-Technology-2020), which will be held during June 15-16, 2020 in Montreal, Canada. The theme of the conference is “Focusing Plant-Based Proteins for manufacturers of useful Food Technology and Probiotics” and the conference aims to explore new avenues of research in food technology.
