DESCRIPTION:Join the Circular and Biobased Performance Materials community at the 8th CBPM symposium at Hotel-Restaurant ‘De Wageningsche Berg’\, Wageningen\, the Netherlands\, on June the 19th\, 2019. \nR&D on materials is rapidly changing towards circular material solutions. Industrial partners of the CBPM research programme and Wageningen Food & Biobased Research will inspire you by reflecting on their R&D strategies and sharing their latest technological developments. In this edition\, the symposium chairmen Jan Noordegraaf and CBPM director Christiaan Bolck will share their view on the market developments and research agenda for Circular and/or Biobased performance materials. From industry companies like Sabic\, Covestro and Total Corbion will reflect on the development creation of new circular and biobased polymers. From an user perspective amongst others toy manufacturer Biobuddi will inform the audience about the technical challenges they encounter in product development. From the waste to material perspective waste processor Renewi and the Dutch organisation responsible for recycling of post-consumer packaging (Nedvang) will show challenges and accomplishments they have made in converting post-consumer waste into new materials and products.
